Booking and paying

The online portal can now be used to book fitness and wellbeing classes at any Live Active Leisure venue. This benefit is open to both Fitness members and pay as you go customers. Members can book any fitness and wellbeing class included in their monthly membership fourteen (14) days in advance. Pay as you go customers who have a Live Active Card can book seven (7) days in advance and those without either, can book only on the day of the class.

Pay as you go customers must pay at the time of booking to ensure that their space is reserved; if the transaction is not complete then the booking will be cancelled automatically after 20mins. Live Active Leisure accepts all major credit and debit cards.  A member booking a class included in their monthly fee will show as £0.00 on the account; and there will be no payment required.

Confirmation of booking and checking-in

Once a booking has been made online an automated email will be sent to you confirming your booking (please retain this for reference). Please do not reply to the automated email. If you have any queries regarding bookings made then please contact the relevant venue.

All customers must report to reception on arrival in order to take part in their booked class. If you are a member or Live Active card holder then you must show your Live Active card.

Conditions of use

Please note that if your membership is not up to date you will be charged the standard price for each class booking until your membership is paid. These charges will not be refunded once your membership has been paid.

On occasion it may be necessary for a class to be cancelled or for the class type, instructor or location to be changed. Live Active Leisure reserves the right to do this at any time. Where possible advance notice to those members/customers affected will be given, however this may not always be possible.

All bookings are subject to the usual terms and conditions and management rules.

Cancellation

Members can cancel their booking no later than 60 minutes before the class start time. Classes can be cancelled by either contacting reception of the relevant venue or via the online booking system (if registered).

No refunds will be given once a booking has been paid for online.

Sportshall Bookings

The online portal can now be used to book sportshall activities within our venues. All customers are able to book these sessions up to 7 days in advance, regardless of your membership status. Customers who are booking a sportshall space for more than one person will pay for themselves at the time of booking, while other attendees will pay on arrival to the venue. 

All sportshall bookings can be cancelled up to 20 minutes before the start of the activity. Bookings cannot be cancelled online if there is a monetary value attached to it. If a booking has been paid for cancellations can only be performed by venue staff. To cancel a booking that has been paid for, please contact the venue the booking takes place at directly.
